First time Brazilian — what should I know?
Hair should be at least a quarter inch long. Avoid caffeine that morning. Skip exfoliation the day of. Most first-timers say it was less painful than they expected.
How long should the hair be?
About a quarter inch — about 2 to 3 weeks of growth after a shave or trim. If you are unsure, stop shaving 2 weeks before.
How long does it last?
3 to 5 weeks before the next service. Consistency makes each session faster and more comfortable.
Will it hurt?
There is sensation, especially the first time. Sensitivity peaks around your menstrual cycle, so timing matters. Most regulars say it gets much easier after the first or second visit.
Can I wax during my period?
Yes, but you may be more sensitive. We recommend booking a few days before or after if you can. Tampons or menstrual cups work fine.
Can I wax while pregnant?
Yes, with care. Skin is more sensitive during pregnancy. Tell us at intake so we can adjust pressure and pacing.
Can I work out or shower right after?
Skip hot showers, saunas, and heavy workouts for 24 hours. Loose-fitting clothing helps prevent irritation.
