What counts as color correction?
Fixing color that came out wrong (too brassy, too dark, uneven), removing box dye, transitioning from very dark to very light, removing color buildup, or correcting at-home dye jobs.
How long does color correction take?
Most corrections take 2 to 3 sessions spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart. Some can be done in one long session. Severe cases (extreme buildup, recent black box dye) can take 3 to 4 sessions.
How much does color correction cost?
Honestly: it varies. We never quote without seeing the hair. Consultation is free and we will give you a real number before you commit to anything.
Will my hair survive color correction?
Almost always yes if we do it across multiple sessions. We use bond builders and stop if your hair is telling us to. Healthy hair is non-negotiable.
Can you fix any color?
Most cases yes. Severe damage may need to grow out before correcting. We will tell you honestly during the consult if waiting is the better path.
Do I need to wait between sessions?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks between sessions so your hair recovers. Some guests fit them closer together when the hair is in good shape.
