About Therapeutic Massage

Add real relaxation to your visit. Our massage services help ease everyday stress and tight muscles, on their own or paired with a facial for two hours of pure restoration.

How Is a Session Paced From Arrival to Finish?

  1. Quick intake. Tell us about injuries, recent surgery, pregnancy, or any area to avoid. This is also when you name the spots that bother you most.
  2. Settle in. You undress to your comfort level in private and lie under a sheet. Only the area being worked on is uncovered.
  3. Warm up. Lighter, longer strokes come first to warm the muscle before any deeper work.
  4. Focus work. Time goes where you asked, often the neck, shoulders and lower back. Speak up anytime the pressure is too much or not enough for you.
  5. Ease out. The session winds down slowly, with lighter strokes again. You take your time getting up and dressed before heading back out. If anything stood out, like a knot that wouldn't release, we'll mention it so you know what to watch.

What Should You Do After a Massage?

Drink water and keep the rest of your day light if you can. Some soreness the next day is normal after deeper work, a bit like after a workout. It should fade within a day or two. A warm shower or bath helps. Skip a heavy gym session that evening. Did a spot stay sore longer, or did pressure ever feel sharp rather than deep? Tell us at your next visit so we adjust. Tension from daily habits, like long hours at a screen, tends to come back. That's why many people book on a regular rhythm instead of waiting until it hurts. Ask us at checkout which spacing makes sense for you.

Book Your Session With Debra

Debra offers therapeutic massage in two lengths, a shorter session or a full hour, plus combo bookings with facials. She's also our esthetician, so a Facial and Massage stays with one person the whole way through. Tell her your trouble spots when you arrive and she'll plan the time around them. If you sit at a desk or drive for work, say so. It helps her guess where the tension is hiding before she finds it. For a look at what our team is working on, visit our Instagram.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect at my first massage?

Let us know any problem areas and your pressure preference, and we tailor the session to you.

Can I pair massage with a facial?

Yes, our Facial & Massage combination is a guest favorite for a complete reset.

Should I book the shorter session or the full hour?

Book the full hour if you want your back, neck, shoulders and legs worked. The shorter session suits one or two focus areas, like the neck and shoulders. If you're unsure, the hour gives your first visit room to find what needs the most work.

Is it okay to eat before a massage?

Yes, keep it light. A small meal an hour or two before is fine. A big meal right before can make lying face down uncomfortable.

What if I fall asleep on the table?

That's fine, and it happens often. Your body still gets the work. We'll wake you gently when it's time to turn over or when the session ends.
